you know, there is something about space ghost that is just badass visually. hes like a mix between your iconic heroic superhero like superman mixed with the mystery and toughness of batman. its that mix of cape and cowl with simple design and bright colors. anyway ever since i saw a few artists draw him realistically (or at least somewhat, alex ross's version comes to mind) and not cartoony ive always liked that rendition of him as tough. so this is my take. once again more than a sketch but i was into it... so i kept it going.

now dont get me wrong though... the new comedy version of space ghost (cause when he started he was jsut a normal superhero cartoon back in the late 60;s by hanna barbara, it wasnt till the 90's when they made him all goofy) is absolutely hilarious and i love him. in fact im the only one i know that has the 2 audio cd's of space ghosts comedy/song albums. i listen to them alot actually. i laugh alot at brak.
